Pop-Up Studio

A 1-day behaviour fix for teams shipping change

You bring the moment where things go sideways.
We turn it into a working session that ends with a change you can run next week.

One day. One behaviour. One real moment.

It’s focused, hands-on & surprisingly energising.

What’s included

1-Day Pop-Up Studio

A full-day, hands-on session with your team. We work on one real moment and leave with a fix you can run next week.

Studio Producer Guide

Everything to get the day set up fast: agenda, invite copy, attendee list guidance, and a short “what to bring” checklist.

We turn your real artefacts into a replay of the moment (meeting, handover, UI step, service interaction) so we can work on what actually happens.

Moment Replay
Pilot plan for week 1

A short plan for next week: where it runs, who does what, and what “working” looks like.

Outcome Pack

A clean internal summary of what you decided, what you built, and how you’ll run it. Easy to forward.

A quick check-in after the first pilot week to tighten the supports and lock the behaviour in.

30-Minute Follow-Up
What you’ll walk out with

A behaviour that is planned specifically to survive Monday.

  • a one-sentence standard

  • the support(s) that make it easy

  • clear ownership

  • a drift check

  • a pilot plan for next week

The pop-up plan

Who this is for

Run a Pop-Up Studio if:

  • the thing is already live

  • people are working around it or not doing it

  • results depend on who’s doing it

  • you’re tired of hearing “we should” without seeing impact

Don’t run this if:

  • you want training

  • nothing is allowed to change (rules, ownership, artefacts, defaults, screens, copy)

This is a build day. We leave with changes you can run.

Who it's not for
In-person hits different

Remote works. Especially for hybrid or distributed teams.
But in-person moves faster.

You spot the default behaviour quicker.
You make decisions sooner.
The energy carries into next week.

We’ll run it either way.
If you can do in-person, do in-person.

Frequently asked questions

Can we do this for product and customer behaviour, not just teams?

Yes. We work on behaviour in the moment. That moment might be inside a workflow, inside a service step, or inside a product journey.

Is remote as good as in-person?

We specifically design for remote sessions. So it's still a insightful day. That said, in-person is usually quicker for spotting defaults and building momentum.

What do we bring?

The real artefacts. Anything people use in the moment: agenda, template, UI flow, script, checklist, policy, comms, handover doc. If it shapes the behaviour, bring it.

Can we fix more than one moment in a day?

It depends. If the the moments are very tightly linked, we can handle two. If not, you’ll get a better result by doing one properly and running the pilot.

Who should be in the room?

The people closest to the moment. Usually 6–12. Include at least one person who owns the outcome and one person who lives the day-to-day reality.

What happens after the day?

You’ll have a pilot plan for next week and a drift check to track whether it’s holding. If you want support to roll it out or scale it, we’ll suggest the lightest next step.
