When values drift from monday morning

The World Economic Forum and Accenture were building a framework for sustainable leadership. They had the diagnostic. The harder part was turning values like empathy and openness into something that still shows up on a busy Monday.

We partnered with Accenture on the behavioural work for the "Emotion & Intuition" element of the framework. Supporting ten high-growth startups to spot where values slip in day-to-day decisions, then co-design routines that make them easier to live. The focus wasn’t the big set pieces like strategy sessions or town halls. It was the small, repeated moments that quietly set the tone.

With Pano AI, we mapped where culture was being made or lost: team meetings where someone struggled but stayed quiet, one-to-ones where leaders jumped to solutions too quickly, hiring conversations where empathy was praised in theory but missing from the process. Then we built routines that fitted what the team already did to made empathy visible and measurable.
